Resurfacing project in Bedford County set to cause delays next week

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Delays are expected as a resurfacing project begins next week in Bedford County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Friday.
