MOORESVILLE, N.C. – A person hurt after falling off a horse drawn wagon at Lazy 5 Ranch has died. Eddie Quesenberry says his mom Ruth passed away from her injuries on Thursday. Quesenberry’s Aunt Julia and another person also fell. We don’t know their conditions.
Lazy 5 confirms a tree limb fell and hit the side of the wagon on Saturday. The impact spooked the horses, causing three passengers to fall off the wagon.
